About This Webinar:
Speakers from the VA Home and Community Base Programs and Specially Adapted Housing offices share information about the programs the VA offers to veterans who need assisted living, in-home care, or adaptations to their homes to meet their health care needs.
Presenters
Dayna Cooper, Director of VA Home and Community Care, is responsible for policy, oversight, and management of the VA’s spectrum of Home and Community Based services. A graduate of Valparaiso University with degrees in Nursing and gerontology, Dayna served in various nursing and management settings in the VA, ranging from Acute Care to Long-Term Care. She has dedicated the past 20 years to broadening the spectrum of home care services to allow Veterans to stay as independent as possible in order to remain in their homes as they age.
